Crosslight high beam auxiliary light loom

The Crosslight high performance loom is designed to give maximum power to auxiliary lights. The plug and play harness uses a dedicated relay to transfer power directly from the battery or alternator, to the bulbs of the auxiliary lamps and protects the vehicles original electrical system from overloading.<br> <br> <b>Introduction</b><br> <br> Plug and play wiring Harness for quick fit installation of your Auxiliary Lighting. This kit supplied with H4 adapters trigger your auxiliary lights from your high beam without cutting or soldering any wiring on the vehicle’s main loom. Simply unplug your H4 connector at the back of your head lights bulb, plug in our adapter and you're done! Auxiliary lights will only trigger from high beam.<br> Many popular 4x4 are notorious for being very difficult and costly to wire Auxiliary lights to high beam, our quick fit harness takes all the guess work out of it.<br> <br> <b>The loom</b><br> <br> The Crosslight high performance loom is developed to act as a stand alone solution with ease of installation and keeping the functionality of your original electrical harness intact. No cutting or modification is needed to implement the Crosslight in your vehicle and the main loom stays intact! The original highbeam switch is used with a low current to activate the power to the relay Crosslight. The relay switches the high current needed to ignite the auxiliary lights. The loom is fitted with an industrial grade relay, each capable of switching a current of 40A, supporting auxiliary with a combined power dissipation up to 450 watts!<br> <br> <b>Extra safety</b><br> <br> To guarantee safe usage of the crosslight and protect the vehicle’s electrical parts, the feed to the relay is equipped with a 40A blade fuse. The system incorporates a fuse at the power supply side of the headlamp power circuit. Connect the feed directly to the power takeoff point (battery or alternator, + terminal). The premium high current H4 connectors are made of ceramic material to provide extra safety in regard to the hot lamp bulbs.
